Shopfitting
Our approach to shopfitting firmly places the client’s aspirations and goals at the forefront of every project we undertake. We value the importance of working alongside Architects, Designers and clients during the design stage. This ensures our in depth experience can achieve buildable and cost efficient solutions without compromise on quality.
We have a strong nucleus of ‘in-house’ skilled site labour that are recruited through a vetted interview procedure. This gives us assurances on skill level and calibre across our sites, and allows us to minimise dependency on external agency labour.
The reputation and quality of our shopfitting service is obviously reliant on the performance of the specialist sub-trades we manage on our projects. To this end we operate a strict appraisal procedures for new sub-contractors with an on-going review their performance. These measures have enabled us to build comprehensive directory of trusted and dependable sub-contractors.
Specialist Joinery
Craftsmanship and exacting standards are synonymous with our joinery work.
Our joinery production facility comprises a fully equipped mill, joinery shop and wood finishing spray shop supported and controlled by computerised production systems and a CAD setting out service. This facility is complemented by a dedicated team of production staff providing traditional craftsmanship and expertise throughout all areas of our production capabilities.
At Sunbeam we recognise the importance of quality trained tradespeople both to our company and the industry as a whole, and the need to improve the national trade skills shortage. We are therefore proud to provide ongoing apprenticeship programmes, combining ‘in house’ training and development with NVQ accredited college courses.

Our broad field of expertise and flexible approach to a range of clients enable us to deliver across a whole spectrum of specialist joinery from the manufacture one-off customised items to batch and larger volume production runs. Our professional client focused approach has lead to repeat business for over 25 years.
We supply and co-ordinate all associated elements of work in conjunction with our joinery such as glass, stonework, metalwork etc. We offer our bespoke joinery on a supply only basis or alternatively provide a full supply and installation service,
