Sunbeam Site Works' project of a high end shoe shop in Bond Street, London. The launch of this luxury store required close working with the client as the detailed concept was developed throughout construction.

Works entailed the full strip out to building shell, installing a new structural floor and a cantilevered mild steel staircase with glass balustrade and leather cladding to treads.

Finishes included pre-cast concrete floor tiles, with Sunbeam Site Works installing the bespoke fitted and free standing joinery and new back of house office facilities. Product showcased in bespoke distressed timber shelving with vibrant fabric panels and LED lighting.
