The Corniche, Residential Amenities

Sunbeam undertook the manufacture & fit-out of all specialist joinery items to the members lounge, gym, pool & spa within the Corniche development on Albert Embankment.

In the members lounge, we were responsible for fabricating the complex front and back bar joinery and fireplace shelving units.

In the spa & pool area, we installed the reception desk, wall panelling and completely fitted out the changing facilities with vanity units, benches and lockers. By the swimming pool and jacuzzi, integrated leather seating was added suitable for the humid environment.

Finally, in the gym area, we covered the ceilings with stained timber fins, clad the columns and walls with a combination of leather wrapped and mirrored panels. The area was finished with an integrated seating & towel storage unit.
